1. Scope of application
Our “General Terms and Conditions” apply to all orders submitted in writing, by telephone or electronically and are recognized with each order.

Since seeds are natural plant-derived products produced by nature, we can not guarantee seed germination. We are only dealers, not manufacturers! We have no way to influence the quality of the seed.

7. Payment
Only pre-cash. In the event of default of payment, you undertake to reimburse all costs, expenses and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by us for the purposeful pursuit of our claims arising from this contractual relationship. We are entitled to claim reminder fees, default interest and 20% cancellation fees. As a result, a collection agency will be charged with collecting the receivables and will be charged for any processing fees incurred. The costs and expenses of debt collection also include all out-of-court tariff costs of a licensed collection agency and the collective bargaining costs of a lawyer.

8. Retention of title
All delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

9. The warranty, the guarantee
We do this within the legal regulations. Guarantee document is our invoice. The warranty period is 12 months, unless the manufacturer specifies a longer term.
