Post shipping
Normally you will receive the order within about 3 – 14 days! Outside of Austria it can take about 2 – 3 days longer. However, since our goods are sourced from many countries around the world, you can sometimes have to wait around 14 days. If this is the case we will contact you to clarify this. We ask for your understanding. If you have opened a customer account, you can check the status of your order in your account.

Since the demand for cash on delivery has increased in recent years more and more, we have decided to allow our customers to do so.

However, in order to take advantage of this service, we have two conditions:
1. Cash on delivery only after the 3rd order in our online shop.
2. To speed up the cash on delivery process, it is necessary that you contact us, as only stock items can be shipped by cash on delivery.

Deliveries to Switzerland
Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to Switzerland with parcel services!
Due to the fact that the Customs requires all information of the purchaser such as an original invoice and the value of the parcel, we are forced to send to Switzerland exclusively by post.
